Yogyakarta, 24 Februari 2025 – Kepala Tata Usaha (TU) MTsN 9 Sleman, Widodo, S.Pd., turut serta dalam Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) dan Pelatihan Protokoler yang diselenggarakan di BRI Corporate University Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh Kepala TU dan Humas dari MAN, MTs se-DIY, serta MI di Sleman.
Sebagai bagian dari panitia penyelenggara, Widodo turut mendukung suksesnya acara yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang kehumasan dan keprotokoleran di lingkungan madrasah. Ketua Forum Kepala TU se-DIY, Sri Wulandari, SE, MM, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan ini didasarkan pada masukan dari Kepala Bagian (Kabag) yang menilai perlunya sosialisasi mengenai keprotokoleran di madrasah
“Harapan kami setelah kegiatan ini, seluruh peserta dapat menerapkan ilmu yang didapat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan di madrasah. Minimal, kita memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi kita demi kemajuan madrasah,” ujar Sri Wulandari.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa saat ini kegiatan baru bisa dilaksanakan untuk madrasah negeri, sementara untuk madrasah swasta akan diupayakan di masa mendatang, mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan komunikasi.
Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sleman, H. Sidik Pramono, S.Ag., M.Si., turut hadir dan memberikan sambutan. Ia menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi peningkatan kualitas tata kelola madrasah, terutama dalam aspek kehumasan dan protokoler.
“Kami memandang madrasah perlu diperhatikan dari berbagai aspek, terutama kehumasan. Kepala Madrasah dan Kepala TU harus benar-benar menjadi mitra dalam menjalankan tugas demi kemajuan madrasah,” tutur Sidik Pramono.
Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan seluruh peserta dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan di madrasah masing-masing, sehingga tata kelola dan profesionalisme dalam bidang keprotokoleran semakin meningkat. (el)
