Pramuka di MTsN 9 Sleman merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter siswa melalui kegiatan kepramukaan. Kegiatan ini mengedepankan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan, kerjasama, kemandirian, dan rasa tanggung jawab. Melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti perkemahan, pelatihan keterampilan, penjelajahan, dan kegiatan sosial, pramuka diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi diri setiap anggotanya.
Visi dan Misi:
Visi: Membentuk generasi muda yang berkarakter, disiplin, mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab melalui kegiatan pramuka.
Misi:
- Menyelenggarakan kegiatan kepramukaan yang menarik dan mendidik.
- Melatih keterampilan dan kemampuan dasar kepramukaan pada setiap anggota.
- Mengembangkan sikap kepemimpinan dan kerjasama dalam tim.
- Menumbuhkan rasa cinta alam dan kepedulian sosial.
- Mempersiapkan anggota pramuka untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan percaya diri dan tanggung jawab.
Kegiatan Utama:
- Pelatihan Keterampilan: Pelatihan berbagai keterampilan seperti tali-temali, P3K, navigasi, dan lain-lain.
- Kegiatan Sosial: Melakukan berbagai kegiatan sosial untuk menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap sesama dan lingkungan sekitar.
- Penjelajahan: Kegiatan penjelajahan yang melatih ketahanan fisik dan mental serta kemampuan bekerjasama dalam tim.
- Perkemahan: Mengadakan kegiatan perkemahan baik di sekolah maupun di lokasi luar untuk melatih kemandirian dan kebersamaan.

- Alif Rahman Mahfuz (Kak Alif)
- Khazainullah Hasruddin (Kak Zain)
- Florentina Puan Lintang (Kak Flo)

- Fattah Cahya Ghifari (Kak Ghifari)
Dalam pelaksanaannya, para pembina pramuka didampingi oleh Dewan Penggalang yang terdiri dari anggota pramuka yang berpengalaman dan bertugas membantu dalam berbagai kegiatan pramuka.
