Ekstrakurikuler Robotik di MTsN 9 Sleman merupakan salah satu ekstrakurikuler unggulan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat siswa dalam bidang teknologi dan robotika. Program ini dirancang untuk melatih siswa dalam merancang, membangun, dan memprogram robot, serta menanamkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan pemecahan masalah. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini, siswa dapat mengeksplorasi dunia robotika, meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis, serta mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi tantangan teknologi masa depan.

Visi: Menjadi pusat pengembangan kemampuan teknologi dan robotika yang mampu mencetak generasi muda yang inovatif, kreatif, dan berprestasi dalam bidang robotika.
Misi:
- Mengajarkan dasar-dasar teknologi dan robotika kepada siswa.
- Meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam merancang, membangun, dan memprogram robot.
- Mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan mampu memecahkan masalah.
- Menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap teknologi dan inovasi.
- Mempersiapkan siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kompetisi robotika di tingkat lokal, nasional, dan internasional.
Kegiatan Utama:
- Latihan Rutin: Mengadakan pertemuan rutin untuk melatih siswa dalam dasar-dasar robotika, meliputi merancang, membangun, dan memprogram robot.
- Proyek Robotika: Membimbing siswa dalam melaksanakan proyek robotika, mulai dari ide, desain, hingga implementasi.
