Yogyakarta, 24 Februari 2025 – Humas MTsN 9 Sleman menghadiri Pelatihan Protokoler yang diselenggarakan di BRI Corporate University Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh Kepala Tata Usaha (Ka TU) dan Humas Madrasah se-DIY serta MI Sleman.
Pelatihan ini merupakan inisiatif dari Forum Kepala Tata Usaha MAN dan MTs se-DIY dengan tujuan memberikan wawasan tentang keprotokoleran dalam bidang kehumasan. Dalam sambutannya, Kabid Pendidikan Madrasah (Dikmad) Kemenag DIY, H. Abu Suud, S.Ag., M.Si., menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara Kepala Madrasah, Ka TU, dan Wakil Kepala Madrasah sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing. Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi Ka TU harus menjadi agenda rutin dan diupayakan masuk dalam anggaran madrasah.
Sebagai narasumber, Nurul Martati, S.T., M.M., yang merupakan Pranata Humas Ahli Muda UIN Sunan Kalijaga, menyampaikan materi best practice protokoler. Ia menjelaskan secara rinci aturan keprotokoleran dalam berbagai acara, baik resmi maupun non-resmi. Materi yang dipaparkan mencakup posisi duduk, tata letak bendera, hingga penempatan petugas dalam suatu acara.
Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat mengimplementasikan standar keprotokoleran yang baik dalam kegiatan madrasah, sehingga citra kelembagaan semakin profesional dan tertata. (el)
