Kemenag Sleman News (MTsN 9 Sleman)- Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, Siti Juwariyah selaku Kepala MTsN 9 Sleman bersama tim asesor melaksanakan supervisi akademik terkait perencanaan pembelajaran guru di semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di ruang multimedia pada Rabu (5/3/2025) pukul 13.00 WIB dengan dipandu oleh asesor masing-masing kelompok guru.
Tim asesor yang terlibat dalam supervisi akademik ini terdiri dari lima tenaga pendidik yang berpengalaman, yaitu Siti Juwariyah, Umu Hani’, Dina Andriyanti, Sirojul Huda, dan Herni Sudartiningsih. Mereka memberikan bimbingan dan arahan kepada para guru terkait penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, strategi pengajaran, serta inovasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar.
Dalam kegiatan ini, setiap kelompok guru didampingi oleh asesor untuk meninjau dan mengevaluasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), modul ajar, serta penerapan metode yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Supervisi akademik ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran di MTsN 9 Sleman berjalan dengan efektif dan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku.
Kepala MTsN 9 Sleman, Siti Juwariyah menekankan pentingnya kegiatan supervisi akademik sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. “Supervisi akademik bukan sekadar evaluasi, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk pendampingan agar para guru dapat lebih inovatif dan adaptif dalam mengajar,” ujarnya. Diharapkan, melalui supervisi akademik ini para guru di MTsN 9 Sleman dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran semester genap dengan lebih baik. Dengan adanya arahan dari tim asesor, mutu pendidikan di MTsN 9 Sleman dapat terus meningkat dan memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik. (IM)
