Sleman (MTsN 9 Sleman)- Sidik Pramono selaku Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Sleman memberikan pembinaan kepada guru dan pegawai MTsN 9 Sleman dalam kegiatan Rapat Kerja Tahun Tahunan yang diselenggarakan pada hari Kamis (27/2/2025). Setelah membuka acara secara resmi, Sidik Pramono menyampaikan sejumlah arahan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan tata kelola madrasah.
Dalam pembinaannya, Sidik Pramono menekankan beberapa hal esensial bagi guru dan pegawai. Ia mengingatkan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan MTsN 9 Sleman untuk menghindari dosa besar yang berkaitan dengan gratifikasi dan intimasi. Selain itu, ia menegaskan pentingnya dukungan penuh dari guru dan pegawai terhadap kontrak prestasi yang telah ditetapkan.“Kehadiran di madrasah harus sesuai dengan presensi PUSAKA sebagaimana mestinya. Jangan sampai ada penyimpangan yang berpotensi menimbulkan masalah administratif,” ujar Sidik Pramono.
Selain itu, Sidik Pramono juga menyoroti pentingnya menjaga citra madrasah agar tidak menjadi destinasi pelaporan baik dari LSM maupun Ombudsman. Menurutnya, tata kelola yang transparan dan akuntabel harus terus diterapkan demi menjaga nama baik institusi pendidikan. Lebih lanjut, Sidik Pramono mengajak seluruh elemen madrasah untuk berkolaborasi dalam mengembangkan branding MTsN 9 Sleman sebagai madrasah unggulan di bidang tahfidz, riset, dan boarding school.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Sidik Pramono juga menekankan bahwa keberhasilan sebuah madrasah tidak hanya ditentukan oleh satu individu, tetapi oleh kerja sama tim yang solid. “Jangan bermain-main dengan jejak digital yang tidak baik. Apa yang kita lakukan di dunia maya dapat berdampak jangka panjang, termasuk bagi citra madrasah dan diri kita sendiri,” tambahnya.
Di akhir pembinaannya, Sidik Pramono mengingatkan pentingnya evaluasi dalam setiap program yang dijalankan. Ia mengimbau agar setiap kegagalan dijadikan pembelajaran, sehingga madrasah tidak terperosok pada kesalahan yang sama di masa mendatang. Pembinaan ini mendapat sambutan positif dari peserta rapat kerja yang merasa semakin termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih baik dalam memajukan MTsN 9 Sleman. Dengan arahan dari Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Sleman ini, diharapkan madrasah dapat terus berkembang menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berintegritas. (IM)
