Sleman (MTsN 9 Sleman) – MTsN 9 Sleman menggelar kegiatan mural yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas VIII sebagai upaya mengasah kemampuan seni dan kreativitas mereka. Kegiatan ini dimulai pukul 07.30 WIB dan diawali dengan sholat Dhuha berjamaah sebagai bentuk pembukaan yang penuh berkah sekaligus pengarahan terkait teknis pelaksanaan mural.
Dalam kegiatan ini, setiap kelas diberikan kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan ide dan kreativitas mereka melalui seni mural. Dengan penuh semangat, para siswa bekerja sama menciptakan berbagai karya seni di dinding yang telah disediakan. Tema mural yang diangkat adalah Keragaman Budaya dalam Bingkai Persatuan, mengajarkan siswa untuk menjunjung tinggi kebersamaan meski dalam perbedaan.
Kepala MTsN 9 Sleman, Siti Juwariyah menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh siswa yang telah berpartisipasi. “Melalui kegiatan mural ini, kami berharap siswa dapat mengembangkan bakat seni mereka serta meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan kerja sama dalam satu tim,” ujarnya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menjadi ajang bagi siswa untuk belajar bagaimana menyampaikan pesan melalui seni visual secara kreatif dan komunikatif.
Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini, diharapkan siswa semakin termotivasi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan seni mereka serta lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan mural ini pun menambah keindahan lingkungan MTsN 9 Sleman, menciptakan suasana yang lebih inspiratif dan edukatif bagi seluruh warga sekolah.(CR)
