Sleman (MTsN 9 Sleman)- Enam guru dari MTsN 9 Sleman dengan semangat mengikuti seminar Hari Guru Nasional (HGN) 2024 yang digelar pada hari Kamis (28/11/2024) di Aula Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Enam guru MTsN 9 Sleman yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah Etik Nurhayati, Aris Junaedi, Eni Rinawati, Herni Sudartiningsih, Irmayanti, dan Yuli Widiastuti. Dengan tema “Guru Kreatif dan Pembelajaran Daring yang Menyenangkan,” seminar ini menjadi wadah inspiratif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama DIY yakni Ahmad Bahiej memberikan sambutan saat pembukaan kegiatan. Ia menyampaikan kebijakan Kanwil Kemenag DIY dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru. Menurut Ahmad Bahiej, guru harus menjadi sosok yang adaptif dan inovatif agar mampu menjawab kebutuhan zaman. “Guru masa kini tidak hanya perlu menguasai materi pelajaran, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa,” tegas Ahmad Bahiej.
Seminar ini juga dihadiri oleh Direktur Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Kemenag RI, yang memberikan materi mengenai kompetensi guru dan tenaga kependidikan di era digital. Dalam pemaparannya, ia menekankan pentingnya penguasaan teknologi sebagai bagian dari strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan. Seluruh pendidik diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran di era digitalisasi serta mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.
Para guru MTsN 9 Sleman tampak antusias menyimak materi dan aktif berdiskusi. Herni Sudartiningsih salah satu peserta, menyatakan bahwa seminar ini memberikan wawasan baru yang dapat langsung diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.“Kami sangat terbantu dengan materi yang disampaikan, terutama tentang teknik-teknik membuat media pembelajaran daring lebih menarik. Ini menjadi motivasi untuk terus berinovasi,” ujar Herni. Seminar ini menjadi bukti komitmen MTsN 9 Sleman dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru demi menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Selain itu, para guru diharapkan dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu yang diperoleh untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di madrasah. (IM/TN)
