Sleman (MTsN 9 Sleman)- Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Guru Nasional (HGN) 2024, guru-guru MTsN 9 Sleman mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi yang digelar di Aula Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta pada Kamis, 28 November 2024. Acara ini mengangkat tema penguatan keterampilan teknologi dan pedagogik modern untuk mendukung pembelajaran di era digital.
Seminar ini menghadirkan dua pemateri ahli di bidang pendidikan teknologi dan pedagogik. Oktama Wahyu Perdana, M.Pd., dari Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, memberikan pelatihan tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis AI, Android, dan teknologi informasi. Materinya mencakup penggunaan aplikasi inovatif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan.
Sementara itu, Rahmat Hidayatullah, SS, MA., penulis sekaligus dosen dari UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, menyampaikan materi bertajuk Cyber Pedagogik. Ia membahas strategi pedagogik berbasis digital yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi Z dan Alfa. “Guru di era ini harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tidak hanya sebagai alat bantu, tetapi sebagai sarana utama dalam pembelajaran untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna,” ujar Rahmat Hidayatullah.
Enam Guru MTsN 9 Sleman yang hadir diantaranya Etik Nurhayati, Aris Junaedi, Eni Rinawati, Herni Sudartiningsih, Irmayanti, dan Yuli Widiastuti antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini. Mereka merasa mendapatkan wawasan baru yang langsung bisa diterapkan dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar di madrasah. “Pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat, terutama dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi seperti AI dan aplikasi berbasis Android ke dalam pembelajaran. Kami siap mengimplementasikannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTsN 9 Sleman,” ungkap Herni.
Acara ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian perayaan HGN 2024 yang tidak hanya menjadi ajang refleksi peran guru, tetapi juga wadah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guna menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era transformasi digital. Guru MTsN 9 Sleman optimis bahwa ilmu yang diperoleh akan membawa dampak positif bagi kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah. (IM)
