Kemenag Sleman News (MTsN 9 Sleman)— Prestasi membanggakan kembali diraih oleh Ketua Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTsN 9 Sleman, Khansa Athifa Putri dari kelas IXC. Siswi berprestasi ini berhasil lolos seleksi tahap 2 sebagai peserta Jumtek PMI Kabupaten Sleman untuk mengikuti Jumbara PMR dan Temu Karya Relawan PMI Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) 2025 yang rencananya akan digelar pada 27–29 September mendatang.
Seleksi tahap 2 tersebut dilaksanakan pada Sabtu (9/8/2025) di Pendopo DPRD Kabupaten Sleman. Khansa sebelumnya telah melewati seleksi tahap 1 secara online dan dinyatakan lolos, sehingga berhak mengikuti tahap lanjutan bersama peserta lain dari berbagai sekolah di Kabupaten Sleman. Khansa mengaku bersyukur atas pencapaian ini. “Saya senang sekali bisa lolos ke tahap berikutnya. Semoga saya bisa membawa nama baik madrasah dan mendapatkan banyak pengalaman berharga di Jumbara nanti,” ungkapnya.
Siti Juwariyah selaku Kepala MTsN 9 Sleman, memberikan apresiasi atas keberhasilan Khansa. Ia berharap Khansa dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk belajar, berjejaring, dan meningkatkan keterampilan kepalangmerahan. Keikutsertaan Khansa di Jumbara PMR dan Temu Karya Relawan PMI DIY 2025 diharapkan menjadi inspirasi bagi anggota PMR lainnya untuk terus aktif dan mengembangkan kemampuan dalam bidang kemanusiaan.
